Mixed Field Greens, Asian Pears & Pecans Salad

Ingredients

6 cups spring salad mix
1 1/2 Asian pears, cut into thin slices
3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted
Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Arrange the greens, pears and pecans on 6 chilled salad plates. Divide the Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette among the salads.

TIP Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette: Beat 1/2 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard and 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until blended. Makes 1 1/3 cups.

TIP Tip: This recipe is also great using Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of the regular chicken broth.
